Bluetooth allows Samsung Galaxy Buds to connect to your Chromebook.
On your Chromebook, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth and open the Buds case to make it discoverable.
The Galaxy Buds Pro can be found under Unpaired devices.
1 How to Use a Chromebook with Wireless Headphones
Similar to how you attach wireless earphones with your phone, pairing Samsung Galaxy Buds to your Chromebook is a simple process.
- To set your Samsung Galaxy Buds into pairing mode, open the case.
- Choose the clock in the lower right corner of your Chromebook's desktop.

3. selecting gear

4. select Bluetooth

5. Galaxy Buds Pro can be found under Unpaired devices.

The Galaxy Buds will connect in a short while, at which point all sound will be transmitted through the earphones. Still functional will be active noise cancellation. They will function similarly to other wireless earbuds after that. When you remove them from the case, they will automatically connect going forward.
2. Tips for Connecting Your Chromebook to Your Samsung Buds
Once the buds are matched, there are a few restrictions to be mindful of. To pair, your Chromebook must first support Bluetooth. Be sure to verify your settings before buying any wireless earphones, even the Samsung Galaxy Buds, as not all Chromebooks sadly accept Bluetooth.
On most Chromebooks, the software required to configure Samsung Buds is incompatible. The Galaxy Buds app may be found in the Google Play store, a Plugin that you can set up. The software cannot be opened after installation, though.
The opportunity to customize the buds whatever you'd want is what's lacking. You won't be able to alter what happens when you tap the earbuds. For the Chromebook, the earbuds will perform any functions that have been encoded into them (such as adjusting volume, pausing or playing music, etc.). You would typically configure those features using the Galaxy Wear app, which is not accessible on Chromebooks.
3. How to Unplug Your Chromebook's Samsung Galaxy Buds
The removal of Galaxy Buds from a Chromebook is described here.
- In the lower right corner, click the clock.

2. select setting gear

3. select the Bluetooth

4. Right beside the Galaxy Buds, select the three dots.

5. select remove from list

The earbuds on the Chromebook will then be disconnected and taken out. When necessary, you can repair them by following the aforementioned instructions.
NOTE: The Samsung Galaxy Earbuds don't require you to do this every time you are through using them. You only need to put them back into their charging case for them to be unplugged from your Chromebook. Therefore, you should only use the aforementioned steps when you absolutely cannot use them with the Chromebook any longer.
