Looking at previous iPhone launches, we may be getting closer to the release of the much-anticipated iPhone 14 series. This is supported by a recent Bloomberg report, which appears to reveal the iPhone 14 launch date for us, which could occur in early September. Examine the specifics.
The iPhone 14 Release Date Has Been Leaked
According to people familiar with the matter, the Bloomberg report indicates that Apple will launch the iPhone 14 series on September 7. A previous report suggested a September 13 launch. Nonetheless, it's still September, which is the usual month for an iPhone launch.
It is also revealed that the 2022 iPhone lineup launch will be virtual, similar to how Apple events have been since the COVID-19 pandemic. It did, however, break the pattern during WWDC 2022 by inviting the media and developers to Apple Park to watch the video presentation. There has been no word on the timing of the upcoming Apple event, but we can expect official details soon as the rumoured launch date approaches.
Features and more
The iPhone 14 series, which includes the iPhone 14 with a 6.1-inch screen size, the new iPhone 14 Max with a 6.7-inch display (a first for a non-Pro model), the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, and the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max, will be the star of the show. This time, Apple will almost certainly forego the mini model.
While the iPhone 14 and 14 Max are expected to be similar to the iPhone 13, the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are expected to feature significant changes such as a pill+hole display instead of a notch, 48MP cameras, and additional camera upgrades.
Along with the iPhone , Apple is expected to release the Apple Watch Series 8. Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch SE 2, and the high-end, rugged Apple Watch Pro could all be part of the series. While the design is unlikely to change, the watches may include improvements to health features, a S8 chip, and the possibility of a body temperature sensor for the Pro model. For those who are unaware, the latest Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series already includes one.
In addition, new Mac and iPad models are expected this fall. Because we don't have any official details, we'll have to wait and see what Apple plans to do this time. We will keep you updated, so please stay tuned.
